The Role:
Aston Knight Solicitors are a family-friendly specialist personal injury and clinical negligence firm with a clear strategy for future growth and stability.
We are looking to recruit an experienced solicitor/fee earner to join our well-respected and growing EL / PL / Dental and Clinical Negligence team.
You will have a mixed caseload of fast-track and multi-track cases.
There are excellent opportunities to progress your career, working closely with senior solicitors with a proven track record of high-value multi-track complex cases.
We are looking for a talented, ambitious and focus-driven personal injury solicitor/fee earner with strong academics and strong technical skills. You must be committed to your own development, the development of the firm and a team player. The role will include contributions, as a team, to the marketing and advertising of the firm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering exceptional service to our clients.
- Managing a caseload of intricate, fast-track and multi-track clinical negligence and personal injury claims based on your expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic claimant lawyer with clinical negligence and/or personal injury background.
- Proficient understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and protocols.
- Previous involvement in high-value, multi-track catastrophic clinical negligence and/or personal injury cases.
- Diligent, dynamic, and sociable, with strong IT, organisational, and research abilities.
- Demonstrated dedication to growing the firm’s business.
