£1,500 for Criminal Injury Victim

Mr I was punched in the face following an altercation regarding a road traffic accident.  He consulted James Winterbottom at Aston Knight Solicitors who submitted a personal injury claim to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).  The CICA considered the claim and under their Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme and in accordance with their Criminal Injury Compensation Tariff, made an offer of £1,500.00 which Mr I was pleased to accept.
