£22,500 for whiplash and psychological injury following a road traffic accident

The impact of an accident is not always physical or visible. Mr I suffered a neck and back injury following a high impact motor collision whilst he was travelling as a front seat passenger. The physical injuries improved slowly over time but, unfortunately, it was Mr I’s Psychological symptoms which went on to have a more lasting impact.
