Andrew Thompson has recently recovered £3,500 for a client who suffered injury as a result of dental negligence.

Our client suffered sensory changes to his upper lip following the inappropriate position of an incision during oral cyst removal procedure carried out by his dentist.

Andrew Thomspon commented:

“Following expert opinion, the prospects of success in this case were assessed to be only very modest. Some firms would have closed the case at that stage, but we remained undeterred and we continued to fight for our client.
