£350,000 for an injured Lithuanian factory worker

Mr L suffered a serious leg injury during a pallet truck collision at work. Although the Government?s Health and Safety Executive decided not to take action, a liability settlement was reached and then Aston Knight Solicitors secured a number of court expert medical reports and the input of a senior barrister to increase the value of the case.
