Samiah Khan

Samiah grew up in Rossendale and attended Haslingden High School, where her early interest in the legal field first began to take shape. She later pursued her ambition at university, graduating with First Class Honours in Law. Determined to continue excelling, she went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the University of Law, studying alongside a Master’s in Law.

After completing her academic qualifications, Samiah took a period away from legal practice to raise her three children. During this time, she also played an active role in supporting the management of a medical company, further developing her organisational, leadership, and multitasking skills—qualities that now enhance her professional approach and client care.

Samiah began her legal career at an immigration law firm, where she gained valuable experience in case preparation, client communication, and navigating the complexities of immigration legislation. This provided her with a strong foundation in legal analysis and a client-focused approach that continues to guide her work.

In 2022, Samiah joined Aston Knight Solicitors, initially taking on an administrative role before progressing into her current position as a Trainee Solicitor. Working closely with senior solicitors, she assists with a variety of tasks across complex personal injury matters, allowing her to build in-depth knowledge of serious and high-value cases. Alongside this, she manages her own growing caseload, demonstrating her increasing confidence and capability as a developing practitioner.
